The area we cover

The area CPRE Cheshire cover is (more or less) that of the historic county of Cheshire. It comprises:

  • Cheshire East (including the easternmost parts of the region covered by the Peak District National Park for planning purposes)
  • Cheshire West and Chester
  • Halton (part of Liverpool City Region)
  • Wirral (part of Liverpool City Region)
  • Warrington
  • Stockport Metropolitan Borough (part of Greater Manchester Metropolitan Authority)
  • Trafford Metropolitan Borough (part of Greater Manchester Metropolitan Authority)

Where relevant, we work alongside the team at CPRE Lancashire, Liverpool City Region and Greater Manchester.
