The countryside we cover stretches from the Peak District hills across the fertile Cheshire plain to the Welsh border, and from Lyme Park to the Staffordshire moorlands. It’s a varied and fascinating region, featuring many beautiful landscapes and settlements and scattered with meres, mosses (peat bogs) and ponds. Here are some of our favourite bits.
