Tabley Hill solar farm EIA Screening Opinion Request

Response to the consultation on the EIA Screening Opinion Request for a solar PV farm on 63 hectares of land at Tabley Hill in Over Tabley near Knutsford.

An EIA Screening Opinion Request is a request for a local authority to decide whether or not a development application requires a formal Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). We believe that the scale, nature and likely harmful impact of the proposal on the landscape and on the use of productive farmland mean that an EIA should be carried out.
